RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase. Final sale, sale, and clearance items are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. To request a return, contact: [email protected]

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, less applicable fees.  EU customers may return eligible items within 14 days under the EU cooling-off period.
